We offer samples on many of our fabrics and wall coverings. Please either view a sample from us or locally prior to buying.
Important: Never buy anything solely based on a computer image as actual colors will vary from your screen.
We DO GUARANTEE the quality of all of our fabrics and wall coverings to be free from defects and they are 1st quality from the mill. In the rare case of a defective or damaged item we will have the manufacturer pick it up and send an exact replacement. We can offer this replacement as long as the defective item has not been cut in any way. Our suppliers have strict policies that state that it is your responsibility to check the item for correct quantity received and proper quality prior to cutting the item.
We are not responsible for pictures showing incorrectly on your monitor. Please be aware that colors can vary from one computer to another. The color, brightness and contrast settings may vary. The photographs are as accurate as possible.
Manufacturers produce many variations of the same items. The size of the pattern, construction, and color lots may vary. If there are any questions, please ask before you place your purchase.
Change of Heart on any order placed will incur a 50.00 non refundable fee. Orders placed are automatically routed directly to the manufacturer. Many times we cannot stop an order after it is placed.
In the event that a refund needs to be issued, it will be in the form of a store credit unless the item is out of stock.
Shipping
Orders will be charged $25.00 per order to the contiguous USA. Please know that our average package price has doubled over the last couple of years. We pay about $50.00 to $90.00 dollars per package and are absorbing the difference., We apologize for the higher shipping charges. We reserve the right to fold fabrics under 5 yards. For our friends out west, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington we no longer offer free shipping, we apologize for the inconvenience.
*Free shipping can only be obtained by using the code FREESHIP. Many of our heavier vinyls as well as European brands do not qualify for free shipping and we only accept one coupon code per order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ITEM? In stock items are ordered within 1-3 business days after an order is placed on the website. Our items ship directly from the manufacturer, so please keep in mind that some mills ship within 1-5 business days, while other mills take more than 5-10 days to ship. In certain cases we reserve the right to route orders less than 5 thru our NC location as we are forced to consolidate shipping from our vendors. We make every effort to email a tracking number. Once your item is shipped, it should arrive in 1-5 business days.
Mind the Gap: All products are "Print to Order". Once your order is received please allow 14-21 days for the paper to ship from Transylvania, Romania.
DO YOU SEND SAMPLES AND WHAT IS THE SIZE? Absolutely. We are happy to order samples. Please visit the item on our site, use the sample option (if available) and checkout. We will order your sample from the manufacturer and they will process the sample and direct ship to you. Most fabrics can be sampled, although a couple of our vendors (Waverly and Covington) do not send samples. Memo swatches can vary in size from each manufacturer and may be between 4" x 6" to as large as 27" x 27". It takes 1-5 days to process a sample order, therefore samples arrive in 7-21 days and typically ship US mail.
Buyer pays all shipping and handling costs. Insurance will be automatically included.
Items will ship via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipping
We do not ship international.
